. CWUS secretary of State Antony Blinken said Friday that a cease fire in war in Ukraine cannot be declared unless it is part of a “just and lasting”peace deal that includes Russia military withdrawal.

Blinkin said that a “cease fire that simply freeze current lines in place” and allows Russian president Vladmir Putin ‘ to consolidate over the terroritory  he has seized and rest ,rearm  and reattack –that is not a a just and lasting peace.

Russian and Ukraine  war which started on 24-2-2022 is still not finding its end due to support of western countries to Ukraine with arms and ammunition .But where this war is heading its way between Russia and Ukraine  will be assessed by the  horoscope of America ,Russia ,Ukraine
