What Do the Stars Foretell About PM Narendra Modi’s Future?

What Do the Stars Foretell About PM Narendra Modi’s Future?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi narrowly survived the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, largely due to the failure of his much-touted policy of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.” By sidelining important Hindutva leaders, especially CM Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh, PM Modi received a cosmic message—divine signals reflecting dissatisfaction from forces safeguarding Sanatan Dharma.

Having witnessed reduced seats in 2024, Modi’s political strategy is shifting. There is a visible transition from “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas” to “Sanatani Dharma Vikas”. Policies such as mass deportation of illegal Bangladeshi and Rohingya migrants, the Waqf Bill, NRC, and Uniform Civil Code (UCC) are expected to take center stage with the onset of the Mars Mahadasha in India’s foundation horoscope starting 4 September 2025.

In my previous article, “Astrological Prospects of India for the Critical Year 2025–2026,” I elaborated on the impact of Mars Mahadasha on India’s destiny. Notably, PM Narendra Modi himself is already under the influence of Mars Mahadasha, which began in his horoscope on 4 December 2020 and will run till 5 December 2027.

Current Strategic Moves by PM Narendra Modi

Currently, PM Modi is actively engaging with world leaders, signing crucial agreements for oil, natural gas, and critical mineral supplies, anticipating looming global crises—especially the potential Israel-USA-Iran conflict, which could erupt anytime. A major planetary event, Mars transit into Virgo from 30 July 2025, facing off with Saturn retrograde in Pisces, will ignite global tensions, a topic I will address in detail in a forthcoming article.

Critics question Modi’s relentless international tours, but astrologically, these are defensive maneuvers to shield India from inflationary shocks caused by the possible closure of the Strait of Hormuz, a critical oil supply channel.

Divine prophecies, notably from the Bhrigu Samhita, suggest Narendra Modi is the chosen guardian of Sanatan Dharma. CM Yogi Adityanath is destined to succeed him as PM after Modi’s long rule, possibly extending into his nineties.

Transit of Jupiter in Gemini for PM Narendra Modi (From 14 May 2025)

On 14 May 2025, Jupiter will transit into Gemini, which is the 8th house from Scorpio Lagna in PM Narendra Modi’s horoscope. This transit has several significant implications:

  1. Jupiter as 5th Lord in 8th House: The 5th lord Jupiter transiting the 8th house suggests strategic, secretive, and behind-the-scenes planning. This positioning is highly indicative of covert strategies to counter national enemies and long-term planning for internal reforms.
  2. Aspect of Lagna Lord Mars: Lagna lord Mars aspects transiting Jupiter from the Ascendant (Scorpio). This powerful aspect enhances decisiveness, aggressive strategies, and robust actions in national security matters, especially against hostile nations and internal adversaries.
  3. Influence of Mercury (Retrograde): The dispositor of Jupiter (lord of Gemini) is retrograde Mercury, placed in the 11th house of gains, conjunct Ketu and 10th lord Sun. This placement creates a complex scenario where material gains and leadership power are visible, but logic and clarity may occasionally be compromised due to the eclipsing effect of Ketu on Mercury.
  4. Key Interpretations:
    1. PM Modi will experience gains after overcoming significant hurdles, especially in governance and policy implementation.
    1. Advisory challenges may arise, where close aides and advisors might fail to provide sound advice, particularly on economic and diplomatic matters.
    1. Despite hurdles, Jupiter’s inherent beneficence and aspects from Mars will ensure that PM Modi maintains control over governance, though occasional mental strain and decision-making dilemmas are expected.

Summary: Jupiter’s transit in Gemini will be a period of secretive but effective governance, victories after struggles, and the need for caution in trusting political advisors. With Mars’ protective aspect, PM Modi is astrologically shielded, but internal vigilance will be essential.

  • Rahu-Ketu Transit (from 30 May 2025):
    • Rahu over natal Jupiter in the 4th house (Aquarius): Domestic unrest, pressure from the majority community, and accusations of not doing enough for Sanatan Dharma.
    • Ketu over natal Saturn in the 10th house (Leo): Obstacles and political friction, but leadership remains intact.

  • Mars, the Mahadasha lord, is strongly placed in the 9th house of the 76th-year Varshphal chart, ruling the 3rd (neighbors, communication) and 10th (power, authority) houses. The aspect of Jupiter (11th lord of gain) on Mars promises success and gains through decisive leadership and warfare.
  • The Mars aspect on the 3rd house points towards hostility from neighboring countries, particularly Pakistan and Bangladesh. However, the Jupiter-Mars connection ensures victory in these confrontations.

Sudarshan Chakra Analysis for PM Narendra Modi’s 76th Year (2025–2026)

From both the Lagna and Moon Lagna, the Sudarshan Chakra progression for PM Narendra Modi’s 76th year reaches the 4th house, which signifies the throne (power), domestic peace, and public sentiment.

  • The 4th house contains Aquarius, where Jupiter, lord of the 2nd (wealth) and 5th (intellect, policies) houses, is placed.
  • The sign lord Saturn is strongly positioned in the 10th house of power and authority, conjunct Venus, indicating extensive foreign travels and major international agreements, especially focused on establishing India as a global power.
  • Saturn’s aspect on its own sign (Aquarius) strengthens the foundation of governance and reflects endurance in power despite challenges.
  • Jupiter retrograde, aspected by Mars (the Lagna and 6th lord), makes PM Modi shrewd, calculating, and assertive in addressing national and international issues.

Key Observations:

  • A significant negative influence arises from the Rahu-Ketu transit in the Aquarius-Leo axis starting 30 May 2025.
  • Rahu transiting over natal Jupiter in Aquarius from 17 September 2025 indicates heightened disturbances and social unrest, particularly due to minority aggression and ideological polarization.
  • When Aquarius is taken as Lagna, the 10th house contains debilitated Moon, conjunct Mars in Scorpio. This alignment signifies political tensions, public unrest, and challenges from hidden enemies.
  • The Moon as the 6th lord further highlights threats from opposition forces and increased political hostility.

Conclusion: Despite these intense pressures and rising internal disturbances, the astrological configurations show no threat to the survival of PM Modi’s government. He will retain his position and successfully navigate the turbulent political atmosphere during his 76th year.

Mars–Venus Period (29 October 2025 to 29 December 2026) in PM Narendra Modi’s Horoscope

During the Mars Mahadasha–Venus Antardasha, PM Narendra Modi continues under the influence of Mars, which is the Lagna Lord and the 6th lord (signifying enemies, disputes, and conflicts). In his birth chart, Mars is conjunct with a debilitated Moon (the 9th lord of luck), highlighting both struggles and divine protection.

Notably, under this Mars Mahadasha, Modi has retained power as Prime Minister. Mars in the D-9 Navamsha is debilitated in the 9th house, yet aspected by the 10th lord Sun, retrograde Mercury (8th and 11th lord), and Jupiter (2nd and 5th lord). This configuration assures political survival and continuation of leadership, despite certain setbacks — like the reduced seats in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

The Ram Mandir construction was accomplished during this Mars period, reflecting Mars’ association with the 9th house (religion, dharma) and the Moon (9th lord). However, Mars’ debilitation in D-9 Navamsha explains why “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas” failed electorally in 2024. Moving forward, especially with Mars Mahadasha beginning in India’s foundation chart from September 2025, PM Modi will be compelled to follow a pro-Sanatan Dharma approach to maintain national leadership.

In the D-10 (Dashamsha) chart, Mars is debilitated in the 8th house (troubles, obstacles), aspected by Saturn (2nd and 3rd lord) from the 6th house of disputes. This points towards political challenges, misleading counsel from certain advisors, and the danger of secular policy missteps. Historical patterns suggest PM Modi’s success aligns when he follows the advice of CM Yogi Adityanath, who represents a pro-Hindutva stance.

Venus Antardasha Analysis:

Venus, the 7th and 12th lord, is placed in the 10th house, conjunct Saturn (3rd and 4th lord), indicating positive self-efforts, strengthening foreign policy, and success in international diplomacy. Benefic Jupiter’s aspect on this combination forms a strong Raj Yoga, enhancing authority and prestige.

In the D-9 Navamsha, Venus conjunct Rahu in the 10th house signifies domestic tensions, particularly communal unrest driven by the minority (Rahu). In the D-10 Dashamsha, Venus in the 2nd house (wealth, speech, influence) aspects Mars (5th and 12th lord), signaling victories in foreign policy, international conflicts, and wars involving Pakistan and Bangladesh. Additionally, domestic opposition will be defeated during this period.

Summary: PM Narendra Modi is astrologically protected to complete his full term, securing military victories abroad and successfully navigating internal political pressures, though he must remain cautious of secular policy errors and adopt a firm Sanatan Dharma-oriented approach to ensure stability.

Dasha Impacts: Yogini MAHADASHA

Yogini Dasha (Mercury 2024–2029):

  • Mercury eclipsed by Ketu, representing bad counsel and missteps in decision-making.
  • Despite these, PM Modi will remain in power till 2029, as no astrological evidence suggests a government collapse.
  • Mercury afflicted in D-9 and D-10 shows reluctance in judicial reforms and excessive caution.
  • Outcome: Struggles will intensify, but Modi’s term will conclude as a survivor amidst storms.

Final Conclusion

Key Takeaways:

PM Modi’s government will survive through 2029.
Pro-Hindutva policies will dominate the remainder of his term.
Wars and ideological battles are unavoidable but will end in India’s favor.
Economic turbulence will be neutralized by bold defense and energy policies.
Post-2040, leadership is destined to shift towards CM Yogi Adityanath.
